A Message to Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Members, Employers, Providers and Brokers

I am pleased to share some good news about our contract negotiations with Manchester Memorial Hospital and Rockville General Hospital.

Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield has reached agreement with both hospitals on the renewals of their participating hospital contracts. As a result, the hospitals will continue as participating providers in Anthem's networks without interruption and covered services provided by each hospital to Anthem members will continue on an in-network basis.

We know that these hospitals are important to you and your family. We have worked diligently over the past several months to keep them in our networks and are pleased that they are continuing their participation.
